The League of American Bicyclists posted this response to Senator Randy Paul's call to cut all bicycle and pedestrian funding from the new Transportation bill.

It, unfortunately, points up some of the flawed reasoning and disfunctional thinking our leaders take towards recognizing the utility of the bicycle to address many of our Cities' transportation issues.
