So not to interfere with Derby Day Celebrations we are going to throw an "Oaks Day Alley Cat" for Friday May 2.

Details to follow shortly. It will not be a long distance but will be more typical race like we have done in the past. Checkpoints, maps, mainfest, etc.

It will be an evening race with a horse theme.

You'll be hearing from me soon.

"Oaks Day Alley Cat"
Friday May 2.
All types of bikes and riders are encouraged to participate. Create your own bike route from check point to check point and find yourself at the finish line/after party.

$5 minimum wager to participate (registration fee)
Cash prizes for Win (1st Male and Female), Place (2nd place Male and Female), and Show (hat pool)

Paddock Walk (registration) 6:00 p.m. Thoroughbred Park
Post Time (start) 7:00 p.m.
Track is roughly 80 furlongs (10 miles depending on your route)

Alex at press 817 is designing the poster!

See you there or at the after party at Als Bar!

Actually, that's not the poster image for the Oaks Day race... that's just something quick and dirty that I made for the home page.

Alex is working on the actual poster.
