Fellow Riders:
People for Bikes reported that Oklahoma senator's attempt to have federal funding for transportation enhancements discontinued was withdrawn.

If you knew about this, and wrote Sens. McConnell and Rand to voice your opposition, it proved to be effective overall. Congrats.

As advocates for the implementation of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure improvements, keep up the good work. Current sentiment among legislators however, means the threat will not go away.
