Hey. My Univega was stolen on Friday, September 10th. It would be really cool if you kept an eye out for it. As soon as I can get a picture of it off of my phone, I'll post that here. For now, here's a description of my bike:
It's a black Univega Supra, an oldish bike. I can't recall the frame size, but it's a larger bike. It's got old 27 x 1.25 tires. It has drop handlebars and had (at the time it was stolen) red Bontrager tape. There are no brake hoods. It's got friction shifters on the down tube and a UK permit, B0007420, on the seat tube. The serial number is located on the underside of the bottom bracket (I think) and is NC68369. The pedals had been messed with before I acquired the bike, so the cages were missing from them. There was a plastic U-lock holder on the seat tube. I'd put a Preston-to-Schrader adapter on one of the nozzles.
The circumstances of the theft were pretty crazy: someone cut my U-lock in broad daylight, in front of UK's Chem Phys building, during classes.
Thanks for your help!
