Folks decided at the meeting on Thursday that we should meet on Monday at 8:30.

Lets meet at the shop, in the shop. We have a few chairs left in the shop and we can sit on the floor.

This meeting will be geared towards folks who are interested in building the structural framework for the shop. Specifically focusing on our internal governing structure (committees, board, etc), our decision making process (consensus, voting, etc), and action steps to move us forward.

I think this meeting is really more for folks who are interested in the behind the scenes less glamorous conversations around infrastructure and less for folks who are just interested in wrenching and volunteering once the shop is up and running.

We have lots of great momentum and I think we can still answer some of the larger questions and have something up and running by October 1.
