Mike and I took the pads back that night, but someone spotted them down at Transy a few weeks ago... since that sighting, there hasn't been a posting of the where-abouts.
P.S. How were worlds? |

we need to come up with a better portable boundary system since we are getting invited to play all these events...
i was just brainstorming. what if we connected those downspout drainage pipes - the ones that kink in/out to get longer - to make a rink? we might even be able to add water to weigh them down a bit. we would have to play a game with lots of ball control and no crashing into them, but i think it might work just to keep the ball in play
thoughts??? _________________ T$ |

I wonder if there would be any elbow-like joint-type things we could connect them all with, or can they connect to each other as is? I have one on my house and I thought the ends were all the same size.

I have serious doubts about how well those flexible downspouts will work for polo.... I could be wrong, however.
If the pads that were out at Masterson are MIA, it may be worth trying to see who to contact at Transy to find out if those belong to Transy, and if so, if we can borrow them.
Of course, I'm not as concerned about these one-off exhibition events around town as I am with what the hell we're going to use for our 3rd court in November if we can't get those pads... _________________ ------------[] O |

Yo! No sweat! We're getting the "portable" tournament courts for November. I already talked to the Hunters and Kevin about bringing at least one set.... Brian, I think I gave you a call about that when I was at NAs. _________________ T$ |

Yeah! You did... but I don't think I've had much of a chance to talk to you since then, and I was meaning to follow up on that to ask you if you had talked to them any more about it - just to make sure this is a definite. If it fell through, we'd need to scramble hard to cobble a 3rd court together. _________________ ------------[] O |

Yes, Tiffany got some materials and is planning on setting up a court around 3-4pm. BnT is also aware of our plans and will try to set us some space aside by the corner of Ashland and Euclid. They said the streets get closed at 130 and that the earlier we set up, the easier it will be for them. |

Awesome. Let me know what I can do to help. I'll at least be there around three to help set up courts. |
