Found a bicycle on campus, with two blown tubes near the free air station at the Johnson Center. My guess is this was someone's 4th of July stolen joy ride that ended up flat and not worth fixing. The bike has two padlocks on it, and if it were someone's bike my belief is it would be locked to the nearby racks. If this bike is yours, please reply with as accurate description as possible of the bike accessories on bike, size, etc...(Preferably if you can tell me the combination on either of the two padlocks) I'd be happy to return it.
