17 days and counting...

Random question: anyone know if the roller derby girls will have a parade entry this year?

I am fairly certain they are in the parade this year.

We are in the parade this year! Right next to the Champs skate car. Actually, we were thinking of hosting an afterparty somewhere. Not sure yet.

We should all afterparty together and make fun of Alex.

Less than two weeks to go!

Any kind of sign or banner incorporating the name LexRides will be good to have. We need to rock out ol skully as much as possible.

Its all about the branding.

Thanks to the dirty dozen who came out to represent in the cold and the wet!

Things we learned:
-Regardless of your politics, Hillary masks are a bad idea.
-Sam Dick's last name is appropriate.
-Our circular choreography is awesome.
-Grant can surf on the back of his Xtra.
-Alex enjoys spending quality time with Kevin Bacon.

I think the Hillary folks were a bit taken back by our indifference to their stickers.

Did anyone ever figure out what exactly the "obamadrama" was that they were so upset about right before the parade started?

Is Sam Dick the guy that spoke at the Bike Summit? That reporter dude? What'd he do?

I dunno... I just remember Logan saying something about Sam Dick and Jonestown (as in, Rev. Jim Jones)...

I had too much Kool Aid.

For the record, I never said Sam Dick was responsible for the murders of 900 people in Guyana in the 70's.

Never said he wasn't either.
