......................................................................................
Registration at Sidecar, 7:30pm.
Race starts at 8pm.

.......................................................................................
Afterparty at Sidecar with the most awesome band in Lexington: Latin Heat.
.......................................................................................
$5 registration with proceeds going to prizes.
.......................................................................................
Cash prizes for 1rst female, 1rst male, and raffle prizes!
More prizes! from Hack Bags, Big Ass Fans, outrageGIS mapping, and Pop's Resale

.......................................................................................
Before you get prizes, you must eat bourbon & drink cookies

Another clue:

"In the darkest time of the year
When the night haunts with frozen tears
You will chase a distant bright light
With haste and always on your bike.

Let this simple clue now be known
That a hawk's eye will nicely hone
Your starry goal and quick motions
through the coils of disillusion."

These two verses were found scrawled on the back of an old tintype photograph tucked between the pages of a steam mechanics textbook I found in my attic. The photograph was of the Ye Ol' Dippin Hole, which looked a lot like the present day Sidecar. A dapper mustachioed gent had his pocket watch open and it read 7:00. He had a full bourbon glass raised in toast.

Pat, you're gonna carry the bourbon in your belly.

You wouldn't have to clean up as much dried blood and scab detritus from the polo courts.

Sometimes me don't understand Boyd speak! Just tell me when and where to be and I'll be there.

But I'll be damned if I am sucking on pat's neck to drink bourbon

You'd do that for a half price PBR.

I like Boyd's style. It's far enough away to afford being cryptic for shits & giggles.

So what's all this fuss? Where's the imagination guys? It's all about foreplay here and setting up the mystery. I could describe cacti copulation, but if at the end I say, "Check back for more info," then be sure to check back here, since you don't want to miss the prickly party/orgy planned for Saturday night, Jan 9, 2010.

Pat, is it your neck you're letting people suckle for the bourbon?
