This has gotten a good deal of national attention, so I figured it's worthy of posting some links at least.

Long story short, a doctor is aggravated by cyclists riding three abreast on the road his house is on, has words with one group, has words with another group, they return words and middle fingers and he locks his brakes in front of the 2nd group of cyclists causing one to go headfirst into his rear windshield, receiving 90 stitches to sew his nose back on, the second goes over the car.

Present day, trial has wrapped up, driver is guilty on all five counts, still awaiting sentencing.
