man polo was awesome last night... the rain, the lights, the new walls! And to cap it off I played like a superstar, cutting, dribbling, shooting, mad defense skillz!
Too bad no one was there to watch or to play along with! |

you need more than a couple of people to play. When it's constantly raining out - like, all fucking day as with yesterday - you can't really expect a turnout.
I know everyone is pumped about the new walls and itching to play on them more before Saturday... however, we shouldn't forget that we still need to do a fair bit of construction on that last wall before this weekend. Tonight is going to pretty much be the only possible night that we can do it, so we should try to get as many people who can help out to the courts at 6pm tonight. Everyone who has cordless drill should bring it, and make sure it has a full charge.
We're going to have one awesome court, and one decent court. We'll definitely need both of them on Saturday because as of right now we have 11 teams pre-registered, and at least another 4 teams coming that are going to register the day-of.... maybe more.
So, we'll definitely need the other court, and some of you will be playing your tournament games on that other side... I just don't see how we can conduct the entire tournament on the one side with so many teams playing. _________________ ------------[] O |

the three of us (me, Tim and Grant) were at Grant's woodshop pre-cutting the 2x4's for tonight in order to help speed up the build process tonight.
Tim rolled up to Coolavin around 7:20pm, but said no one was there so he headed on over to Grant's to help with the wood. _________________ ------------[] O |
