So, who's not going to be going up to Dayton for the Midwest Champeenships on Sunday the 24th? We're going to be setting up demonstration polo games again on Main Street on the 25th, and many of us are going to be in Dayton all day on Sunday playing in the tourney.
I'm asking because we will possibly need some help transporting those padded barriers that we borrowed from Masterson Station last year to downtown and back. Not sure if this will need to be done on Sunday evening, or early Monday morning. There's going to be a LOT of stuff going on around this time due to Bike Lexington and the Car-Free Zone, so we will need a few volunteers to help us pull this off again.
Tim Buckingham has already agreed to help out, but he's going to need a few other hands, and most importantly, someone with a trailer, or a truck big enough to haul about 24 of those padded barriers. Last year we did it in one trip with Henry's and Brian Ronk's trailers... _________________ ------------[] O |

My trailer can be used again but I won't be driving or helping lift much because I will be a gimp for the rest of the summer. I can come along and drink beer and make jokes though. Seriously, anyone who has a 2" ball hitch on a vehicle can pull my trailer with little trouble and I will come along and guard the cooler. |
